My Approach to Helping

My philosophical approach to psychotherapy begins by raising the clients awareness. Believing that insight into your own thoughts and emotions will lead you to question the cause and effect realationship that created them. By doing so, we can safely engage in the journey of how you are assembled to change the way in which you are built. All of which is designed for you to embark on a new pilgrimage as a the person that you tell me that you want to be.

More Info About My Practice

Private Pay clients are also accepted. All major credit cards, debit cards, checks and cash are accepted. Regular business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

I believe the purpose of psychotherapy is to provide change as directed by the client's goals to improve the client's overall functioning and wellness.

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist

The most important factors I believe in choosing a therapist are first, experience. Many therapists take time to refine their techniques. To find out what kind of work they do best. The issues that are brought to us are frequently serious. Secondly, a positive therapeutic relationship requires identification between the client and the therapist. The confidence a client needs in order to establish trust in their therapist can only develop by meeting the therapist in person.
