My Approach to Helping
Do you find yourself unable to cope with daily life stresses? Is your anxiety becoming hard to control and taking you away from enjoying life? Are you finding hard to regulate your emotions and mood? Whether it be work stress, engaging in impulsive, addictive or self destructive behaviors, a lack of motivation, or relational concerns, it is my goal as a therapist to work with you and provide you with a non-judgmental environment to heal. I help address these experiences by integrating multiple therapeutic modalities, with a specific emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), in order to restructure and redefine any maladaptive thoughts and behavioral patterns you may be experiencing.
Through our work together, you will learn helpful tools and strategies that will provide short-term relief, and with time, long-term change. My clinical experiences have given me the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals and concerns. As such, my therapeutic style is tailored to fit each client’s individual needs.
