My Approach to Helping
It is a great privilege to support clients in the process of feeling heard, seen, understood, and known on a deep and powerful level. I believe that clients experience improvement and change when they are able to develop a strong alliance with their therapist. You can expect for us to collaborate together to help you understand yourself better and to gain insight into your current life difficulties. This experience can lead you to think about and experience yourself in new ways, improve your ability to relate and connect with people, and develop new skills to communicate and cope with stressful life experiences.
I provide therapy for relationship and family problems, including breakups, conflict, divorce, affairs, infidelity, intimacy or commitment concerns, codependency, and loneliness. I also have expertise in providing therapy for anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, anger, life transitions, alcohol and drug use concerns, and identity exploration and development.
