My Approach to Helping
It is a great privilege to support clients in the process of feeling heard and respected. I believe that a strong alliance with a therapist contributes to growth and change. We can work together to help you understand yourself better and to gain insight into your current life difficulties. These important conversations can assist you to think about and experience yourself in new ways, enhance your capacity to connect with people, and expand your skills to communicate and cope with stressful life situations and uncertainty.
I provide therapy for relationship and family problems, including breakups, conflict, divorce, affairs, infidelity, intimacy or commitment concerns, and loneliness. I also work with clients who are struggling with concerns related to anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, emptiness, anger, identity, and life transitions.
