My Approach to Helping

I believe that every client's uniqueness calls for a treatment approach that best fits their needs. Hence treatment is a collaborative process to develop a shared understanding of the presenting problem and to work together on identified personal and professional goals. My work is inspired by the power of human resilience and belief in every individual's deep inner wisdom and capacity to heal. Every individual is unique and is treated as such. Together, we reconnect with your depths of possibility for change to help you live a life of authenticity, deep connection, and fulfilling relationships.

More Info About My Practice

I founded "Colliance Wellness" to help individuals and couples heal, grow and succeed in life. At Colliance we believe in the transformative power of connection and a collaborative space where our clients feel safe, supported, and challenged to integrate all levels of self--mind, body, spirit. Hence in my practice, I strive to establish an authentic connection that is built on trust and understanding. I am an integrative practitioner and my clinical work is informed by the eastern tradition of mindfulness as well as my training and experience in psychoanalytic, cognitive, and behavioral modalities.

I will walk with you on your journey towards wellness and success. You can call me for a free 15-minute consultation.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

As far as most people know, you have your life together. But deep down you feel stuck in a routine that feels overwhelming or unfulfilling. You want to take the next step in your career or perhaps you want to ask an acquaintance out on a date but the fear of change or failure and self-doubt are holding you back. When you reach out to your partner, your friends, your colleagues you feel unheard or misunderstood. You want to do things differently but you feel lost, hopeless, or unmotivated.

You want to have a balanced personal and work life, feel confident about yourself, and be heard and understood in relationships. Therapy can help you recognize the obstacles that are getting in the way of your success and collaboratively work to create change that is meaningful to you.
