My Approach to Helping
I strive to provide a positive, and safe environment to individuals who come from various backgrounds so that they are able to reach their full potential along with any identified therapeutic goals. My main approach to counseling is through CBT, but I am open to utilizing other therapeutic techniques to fit the needs of the client. Some of the other techniques that could be helpful are solution focused, person centered, reality therapy, REBT, positive psychology, trauma informed, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, multicultural, and psychoeducation.
