Welcome! My heartfelt desire is to support you on your journey to fully living life with passion, joy, and acceptance. I have worked in the helping profession since the late 1980's. Through the years, I have l come to the awareness that living a life based on truth and integrity can, at times feel next to impossible; so much of what we do is economically determined. We compromise our values to pay the rent, provide for our families, or to maintain an existence we've settled for. This combined with racism, class-ism, sexism, can create a sense of complete hopelessness. Let's work together to rediscover YOUR core values, how to identify commitments to self that nourish your goals, and develop a tool kit of self-care techniques as a buffer against challenges of the world.
