My Approach to Helping
Through utilizing existing tools, as well as learning new possibilities of living, clients are able to reach their full potential for prolonged success. The foundational approaches I choose to work from are person centered, and mindfulness based. I also utilize experiential forms of therapy.
I specialize in working with life transitions, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance abuseaddiction, spiritual identity, and helping to develop coping mechanismstools to reduce stress. I work with both men and women, young adults, and adults.
