My Approach to Helping

As a mental health counselor, I strive to create a space of warmth, trust, and genuine connection where people feel truly heard and supported. I honor each client as the expert of their own experience, walking alongside them with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for their resilience. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from a wide range of intersectional backgrounds, always tailoring therapy to the individual. My approach is grounded in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), relational therapy, and trauma-informed care.

My work centers on supporting those navigating the complexities of life—helping them reclaim their strength and reconnect with a deeper sense of self. I specialize in working with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ and gender-expansive individuals, neurodivergent clients, and parents of LGBTQ+ youth.

I am committed and honored to be a steady, affirming presence as my clients process, heal, and build lives filled with meaning. If you are interested in receiving individual or group counseling, please reach out to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I support late-diagnosed or self-identifying neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD and autism, who have spent much of their lives masking to fit in. Together, we work to unlearn internalized shame, reconnect with your authentic self, and build a life that honors your true neurotype.

I also work with parents of LGBTQ+ children and teens?including those who are transgender, nonbinary, or questioning their gender or sexual orientation. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to process your emotions, navigate the coming-out journey, and deepen your understanding of LGBTQ+ identities. Together, we work toward affirming parenting practices and more connected family relationships.
