My Approach to Helping
I know and I live recovery. As a recovering addict, I understand the importance of coming to awareness about problematic behaviors which creates a barrier to having a life worth living. My goal is to help you understand how unconscious thought patterns may be causing you to seek out other people, places, and things to make yourself feel "whole", "loved", or "valuable." The truth is this: you are valuable because we all are. I can help you unwrite those negative scripts; adjust your negative expectations and belief systems; stop unwanted, addictive and destructive behaviors; and teach you how to give and receive love, starting from within. I also weekly psychoeducational recovery groups for men healing from compulsive sexual behavior.
