My Approach to Helping

My goal is to help you understand how unconscious thought patterns may be causing you to seek out other people, places, and things to make yourself feel "whole", "loved", or "valuable." The truth is this: you are valuable because we all are. I can help you unwrite those negative scripts, adjust your negative expectations and belief systems, stop unwanted, addictive and destructive behaviors, and teach you how to give and receive love, starting from within.

More Info About My Practice

My practice is 100% online for telehealth individual and group counseling sessions for WA, OR, VA, GA, SC, and FL residents only.

Now Enrolling - Men's Sexual Addiction Recovery Group - Saturdays 8am-10am PST 11am-1pm EST

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I get to help people become their best selves and learn to have a life worth living despite adversity.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

Recovery from any maladaptive coping strategy or mood disorder requires patience, time and commitment. I recommend weekly therapy and reevaluation regularly to determine effectiveness.
