My Approach to Helping

I know and I live recovery. My goal is to help you understand how unconscious thought patterns may be causing you to seek out other people, places, and things to make yourself feel "whole", "loved", or "valuable." The truth is this: you are valuable because we all are. I can help you unwrite those negative scripts, adjust your negative expectations and belief systems, stop unwanted, addictive and destructive behaviors, and teach you how to give and receive love, starting from within.

More Info About My Practice

My practice is 100% online for telehealth individual and group counseling sessions for WA, OR, VA, GA, and FL residents only.

I have a group for men recovering from sexual addiction. Each group is limited to six participants. If you are interested, please contact me.
I currently run two groups:

Men's Sex Addiction Recovery
Mon 6-8pm PST or Wed 6-8pm EST

Breaking Free from Codependence
Sun 2-4pm PST 5-7pm EST

Groups are for clients who live in WA, OR, GA, FL, and VA.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I get to help people become their best selves and learn to have a life worth living despite adversity.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

Recovery from any maladaptive coping strategy or mood disorder requires patience, time and commitment. I recommend weekly therapy and reevaluation regularly to determine effectiveness.
