What's My Approach to Therapy?
Are you feeling a sense of increased anxiety and obsessive thinking?
Are you struggling with self-doubt and inner conflict?
Does your anxiety and panic show up in a sense of disorganization, eating issues, or social anxiety?
These are all common symptoms of anxiety, stress, and obsessive thinking. If you face these challenges, there are proven solutions such as cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, and values-based behavior changes. The way to achieve progress is by building awareness, having the courage to problem-solve, and committing to and engaging in a new plan.
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with 18 years of experience in treating anxiety, distress, trauma, eating issues, and obsessive compulsion (OCD). I believe in empowering my clients to face their fears, supporting and empowering them along the way, while challenging them to thrive.
We cannot manage our anxiety and distress alone. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, distress, trauma, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), OCD, or an eating issue, it takes support, understanding, and collaboration to find the best approach for you. I will help you gain clarity, build effective strategies, and align with your values.
