***Not accepting new clients*** I have spent most of my adult life working with children who have experienced trauma or neglect. Working with this population led me to find creative approaches for helping children with big challenges. I have done a lot of work with classroom management, and I help children who struggle to stay focused at school. Using play and a brain-based approach, I help parents and children work together to overcome challenges. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington. My background in ethical non-monogamy and couples therapy has helped me create a system for supporting people who want to expand their relationships into something more fulfilling. I work with couples and polycules to move through hard feelings, reconnect with a sense of security in your connection, and dismantle the socialization of monogamy. I help people figure out what their needs and wants are so they can communicate them effectively and build the unique, fulfilling relationships they want.

I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal, change, and grow. I have a strong belief in the power of community and I think that we all need a variety of people and perspectives in our lives. I am very aware of the systemic oppression in this country and around the world and I work on dismantling those systems through activism and community change. I am trying to make the world a better place a little bit at a time. I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and I am active in marches and community actions. Through my own therapy, I have overcome religious and sexual trauma, panic attacks, anxiety, and depression.
