My Approach to Helping
I provide people with a safe, confidential space in which to explore and develop a deeper understanding of their feelings, thoughts, behaviors and relationships in order to relieve symptoms, promote personal growth, and create lasting change. My style is genuine, warm, and collaborative. I bring both heart and intellect to my work as I listen, reflect upon and respond to my clients. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve current challenges. Through complementary therapy approaches and techniques, I help people explore long-standing behavior patterns and perceptions that may be holding them back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
