What's My Approach to Therapy?
If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious or depressed you are not alone. I use a gentle and effective approach to help clients overcome obstacles and create more resiliency in their lives. Some of the techniques I use include EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. Both are gentle and effective methods used to overcome trauma, anxiety and stress.
