My Approach to Helping
Give me a call if this sounds familiar: You get through life. Most of the time reasonably well. Inside though feels incredibly different. The anxiety can feel stifling. It can wake you up in the middle of the night when your defenses are low and “off guard”. You’re not sure where it comes from, but you also know you often don’t feel “good enough.” The constant self-judgement and comparing of how you measure up to others, makes you feel depressed and low. You try and keep these feelings under “wraps” so others don’t always know how you truly feel inside. Letting people really see you’re inner pain only feels shameful.
