My Approach to Helping
I have experience working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples and families. I focus on working with clients that struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-identity, life transitions, relationship and family conflict. I utilize strengths based therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and acceptance commitment therapy.
