Fees: $180 for 50 minute sessionIt is my job to make you feel safe and heard, not to judge you. In an atmosphere of kindness and compassion you can bring whatever you are struggling with into the light to be understood, processed and healed so that you can fully connect with your life. It takes courage to reach out for help and I would be honored to support you towards your goals. I believe that with support each person has the capacity to bear witness to their own suffering and learn to heal it.
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss what brings you to therapy and help you to determine the best fit for you.

I believe we are suffering both individually and collectively due to disconnection from self, others and the world around us. I help people to accept themselves, their history and reconnect with themselves. Greater vulnerability and intimacy with self allows us to connect more deeply with others and build the relationships many of us long for, experience the joys of everyday life and create meaning in our lives.
