My Approach to Helping
The therapist-client alliance is the most important component of therapy. As a psychologist, my goal is to offer an empathetic, judgment-free space for clients. Whether you struggle with a stressful transition, emotional pain, or simply seek to grow, counseling gives you a better chance of success.
Everyone brings their own unique personality, history, and goals to therapy. I tailor my approach to meet each client's needs. I generally employ results-oriented, practice treatments consistent with my clients? core values. Therapy is a collaborative effort. I encourage collaboration to develop strategies and evaluate progress.
