My Approach to Helping

For 34 years I have worked as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist helping clients replace feelings of helplessness with peace and balance. With compassion as my guide, I teach the subtleties of thought and how the right ones bring healing. Some clients report losing anxiety in a single week, especially teens.

The truth is that you are not your difficulties, and I know this. As your guide and advocate, I will hold your hand as we find the happiness you may have forgotten exists. And, should the need arise, I also write letters for Emotional Support Animals.

PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR AN APPOINTMENT INSTEAD OF CALLING. Emails are a valuable tool in my practice as I send clients resources, research, and lots of loving energy. FACETIME SESSIONS AVAILABLE.

More Info About My Practice

I connect with ease with my clients. I don't see them as ill but as who they are despite their challenges. I have 84 five star reviews and heartfelt relationships with my clients.

I have eliminated Anxiety in a week with some clients. Teens especially. About me: I am originally from New Jersey. I was born Jewish yet practice Buddhism. I absolutely adore children and animals. I am humorous, love outdoors, ice skating, am a Master Gardener, an INFJ (Mother Teresa's). I am an empath.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love showing my clients how uniquely special they are. I have the highest regard for my clients and strive to advocate for them, to provide them with research, resources, with love and support until they can give it to themselves. I educate my clients on how to think in a manner where they no longer experience stress or depression. I absolutely love seeing my clients grow and thrive in front of my eyes right from the first day we meet.

My Guiding Ethical Principles

My passion and purpose in life is to help others. I quickly restore clients to health by seeing them as healthy and as the best they can be and help them get out of the way of themselves and learn how to look at things differently so life is more fulfilling. I want to end the suffering of every client that comes for help. I give 100% of myself and my time to see my clients through to a better life on or off hours. I am a light and lifeforce and my energy comes from love.
