My Approach to Helping

Maybe you get consumed by your emotions, feel overwhelmed with life, and are frustrated by the lack of meaningful connections you have with others. I’m here to help you reclaim the life you deserve. I work with teens and adults to help them learn how to manage their emotions, communicate more effectively in their relationships, and navigate stressful life transitions. In therapy, we will work together to improve your relationships – both with yourself and with others! You will have a safe, supportive space to grow and transform your life.

My Therapy Focus
I provide therapy for teens and young adults who want to feel better and live more authentically. I am a licensed psychologist in the state of Texas and specialize in providing cognitive behavioral psychotherapy. Essentially, that means that I will help you learn to better understand the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, recognize unhelpful thought patterns, and reframe your negative beliefs. Although my therapeutic approach is based in cognitive behavioral foundations, I recognize that each client is unique and should be treated as such! I meet each of my clients where they are at and strive to work with them in a way that feels comfortable and authentic.
