My Approach to Helping
Maybe you feel like you are just winging it from day to day. Maybe you can’t focus at work because your mind is going a mile a minute with all of the “what ifs.” Maybe fear gets in the way of setting boundaries in relationships. Maybe you get consumed by your emotions, feel overwhelmed with life, and are frustrated by the lack of meaningful connections you have with others. If so, know that you are not alone and you CAN make positive changes!
I’m here to help you reclaim the life you deserve. I work with teens and adults to help them learn how to manage their emotions, communicate more effectively in their relationships, and navigate stressful life transitions. In therapy, we will work together to improve your relationships – both with yourself and with others! You will have a safe, supportive space to grow and transform your life.
