I offer a warm, collaborative, and supportive space where we can explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and balance. I provide individual therapy for adults in West Lake Hills and Austin, Texas, as well as telehealth across Texas. I am in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna Evernorth, and United Optum.
