My personal approach is warm, open, non-judgmental, and I am committed to providing a safe environment where you can freely explore your interests, determine your goals, realize your strengths and resources, grow into your most authentic self, and lead a more fulfilling, joyful life. My theoretical approach is guided by my training in narrative therapy. Through narrative therapy, you can identify alternative possibilities, widen your view of self, challenge old and unhealthy beliefs, and open your mind to new ways of living that reflect your true capabilities and purpose. Therapy can bring clarity and an expanded view of what is possible. I invite you to explore and discover an alternative way of looking at problems, and uncovering your preferences for life. When working with clients, I listen for personal values and dreams, and pay close attention to cultural discourse and societal norms that may be impacting your life.
