My Approach to Therapy
Sometimes you just need someone to talk to. Someone to listen and try to understand rather than “fix.” My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere for you to process thoughts and emotions, heal from trauma, learn to cope with life’s challenges, and hopefully even share some laughs. Understanding that you are the unique product of your life experiences, I utilize a holistic approach to treatment, ensuring individualized care.
