You are the expert on you! I’ll meet you where your needs are. Then my job is to support you and implement the tools that will best help you find relief from your pain. Whether you are feeling anxious, depressed, struggling with a life transition, grieving a loss, or looking to make positive changes in your life; I’m here to help you heal and grow.

Using your personal story and personal strengths, I will help you identify and fine tune the tools that you already have. I’ll also teach you a variety of skills from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness based self compassion to help you grow and foster healing.
