I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience, providing in-person therapy in Wheaton and Naperville as well as telehealth sessions. I work with adults and seniors, and I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. I specialize in supporting people navigating anxiety, depression, panic, life transitions, divorce, grief and loss, trauma, and burnout. I also help clients struggling with ADHD, anger management, addiction, and substance use. My practice includes working with caregivers, veterans, first responders, and individuals facing workplace stress or relational conflict.
