Your treatment will be carefully personalized to fit your unique needs, drawing from a range of proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Outside of counseling, I treasure time with my wife and son. I also enjoy music, movies, books, the outdoors, and sports. The counseling experience should be comfortable, effective, and frustration free. Finding a therapist that is a good fit can be frustrating. Because I realize that, I will be happy to answer any questions you have before making your first appointment. I do this to help make the process a little easier for you. I am located in an easy to get to location near downtown Wheaton. I am currently offering both in person and telehealth (phone or secure video chat) sessions. Appointments are offered on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. I am happy to check your insurance benefits before you commit to coming to help make sure that there are no surprises. I will also submit all of your claims to the insurance company for your convenience. Deciding to come to therapy can be stressful in itself, so I strive to make the process as stress free as I can.
