My Approach to Helping
Everyone’s journey in life is different. I am here to help you continue to be the best version of you through healing and acceptance. My primary approach is person-centered focused, as I allow you to guide the way through your journey of life. I have experience working with adolescents, families, LGBTQIA+, adults and older adults experiencing the following but not limited to: Minority Issues, Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Challenges of Military Life, Life Transitions, Stress Management and an extensive array of mental health concerns. I encourage individuals to tap into their strengths and take control of their mental health for continued growth in their journey. As a therapist, my goal is to make sure that my clients feel safe, happy and supported.
