My Approach to Helping
You don’t have to go through this alone. A meaningful life is always full of challenges, and sometimes we need a trusted guide for a difficult leg of the journey. My particular areas of interest include mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, alcohol abuse, boundary-setting, relationship and fertility issues, parenting, and childhood behavioral and emotional disorders. Having worked for more than a decade in the school setting, I also have extensive knowledge of SELbehavior supports in the school system. I use a variety of different approaches, including CBT, ACT, ERP, skill-building, and mindfulness techniques.
