My Approach to Helping
I’m a Clinical Psychologist, Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Emotion Coach with over a decade of clinical knowledge and experience. I help people learn conscious and healthier ways to navigate their experiences in life so that they manage better, suffer less, and experience connection, insight and fulfillment on a deeper level.
Everyone could benefit from therapy at some point in their life. After all, life - while incredibly beautiful and amazing at times - can include hardship, sorrow and deep suffering. We all experience loss, we all encounter challenges, and we all are privy to the brokenness of our culture that results in the internalization of a variety of misguided and limiting beliefs that can affect our relationship with our Self, with others, and impact our capacity for happiness and fulfillment in life.
Your struggles might include chronic stress or worry, insecurity or a sense of ‘not-good-enoughness’ or ‘imposter syndrome’. Perhaps you feel lost, hopeless, or defeated, like despite all your intentions and best efforts, you continue to find yourself failing to meet your goals, each time feeling more down or disappointed in yourself. These difficulties may be sporadic and mild or - particularly if left unaddressed - may be getting worse, developing into a clinical disorder (e.g., Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorder, Post-traumatic Stress, etc.).
