My Approach to Helping
My practice focuses on a woman's needs at a time when she may be questioning the direction of a challenging relationship. Maybe you carry feelings of guilt or confusion and have tried hard to improve your relationship, but it's only good for awhile and then returns to the uncomfortable times once more. I'm here to help you. And, I understand. I know that living unhappily can bring about feelings of low self-worth, mild depression, exhaustion, anxiety, or more. That's why my therapy sessions are non-judgmental, with the goal of providing you time to safely talk through your fears and explore your options. Together, we'll work to understand your unique situation. My goal is for your wellbeing. You don't need to sit alone with the pain any longer. At Soul Choice Counseling, guidance and support are available. During the pandemic I am offering sessions through Telehealth.
