My practice is geared towards a woman's needs. For, there are times when life becomes uncomfortable and the opinions of family and friends just aren't enough. When you find yourself feeling anxious, depressed about a challenge in your life, or perhaps are secretly feeling a sense of confusion and self doubt about a relationship, therapy can help. I've practiced for over 25 years and bring gentle compassion along with experienced wisdom to your sessions. I specialize in the area of relationships - whether you're dating, seeking new tools to better understand your marriage, or are at any stage of divorce or divorce recovery, I'm here to help you. Together we can explore your concerns and challenges, develop new tools, build an inner sense of self trust and move towards restoring balance to your life.
With a Holistic approach to your care, I see therapy not as a medical experience, but as a sacred journey in which I'll be your guide. My therapy style is collaborative, warm and insight-oriented. My hope for you and every client is to provide a safe, warm & compassionate environment that will help provide support in your emotional well being and your life, from the inside, out.
I believe that therapy is more than just talking, it's about you in mind, body and spirit. Your sessions are based on traditional therapy, yet may include techniques such as guided imagery, psycho-education, life coaching, book or video suggestions, meditation, journaling, holistic nutrition & lifestyle self care, or 12-Step groups, if needed. Sessions are always specifically tailored for your needs.
