My Approach to Helping
My practice focuses on your unique needs as a woman, especially if you may be questioning things about your relationship. You may have tried to improve it, but that doesn't last long. Your partner soon returns to his uncomfortable and confusing behaviors . I understand and can help. Living unhappily contributes to low self-worth, anxiety and more. Your personalized therapy session will be non-judgmental with the goal of providing you time to safely talk through your fears, learn new tools and perhaps explore your options. We'll work together for your wellbeing. You don't need to sit alone with the pain any longer. Sessions are through Telehealth and are personal, connected and confidential.
Reaching out is your first step. You may contact me through this page to leave a message. Let's talk for 10 or 15 minutes over the phone. Then, together we can decide if my therapy will be the best fit for you.
