My Approach to Helping
My practice is geared towards a woman's needs, especially at a time when thoughts or fears around the possibility of a break up or divorce may be present. A safe place to receive support can be instrumental while talking through options andor making a decision as to what might be next. When friends and family just aren't enough, as an experienced therapist, I'm here to help you. I recognize the challenges of facing a divorce or relationship ending. And, I know how the combination of guilt, a sense of over-responsibility or low self esteem can bring about feelings of depression, anxiety or overwhelm and affect your everyday life. It's easy to feel stuck and give in to it. But, you don't need to be alone with this. My guidance is available.

Yet, they may include such things as Guided Imagery, Education, Life Coaching, Book or Video suggestions, Meditation, Journaling, Holistic Nutrition & Wellness tips, along with Self Care and support for a more Balanced Lifestyle. The therapy will be specifically tailored for your unique needs.
