My Approach to Helping
People can feel broken and lose faith in themselves. As a therapist, I always emphasize that they are not broken and just need to be reminded of the resiliency and strength that they have in them to overcome pain and suffering. My mission is to provide appropriate guidance and help through this journey of healing and recovery using mainly Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space for individuals to explore their challenges. I also work collaboratively with my patients to empower them and to actualize their full potential.
