My Approach to Helping
It takes courage to reach out for help. Being vulnerable, putting ourselves first, and facing our internal struggles can feel daunting and unfamiliar. I've been there before, which is why as a therapist I am committed to holding a warm and trusting environment where you feel seen, heard, and accepted as you are. I use warmth, humor, and an open mind to cultivate a non-judgmental space that empowers my clients to be their authentic selves. My approach to therapy is exploratory and collaborative. We will explore what feels most pressing for you now, as well as old patterns that may be holding you back from a greater sense of fulfillment and ease. Together we can process through the distress, make meaning of your experiences, and rediscover your strengths and sense of hope.
