More Info About My Practice

I take a practical approach to therapy that will best meet the needs of the person I am working with. This means that we may utilize more traditional talk therapy-relationship-oriented methods, art therapy, somatic based approaches using mindfulness/contemplative practices, discuss cultural relevance and systemic influences in your life, build upon the strengths you already have, or brainstorm realistic strategies to try in your life.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

Individuals dealing with anxiety, trauma histories, addictive tendencies/addiction, LGBTQ+ related concerns, self-critical tendencies, depression, identity pieces, life meaning/purpose, and relationship issues often benefit from the approach that I utilize.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I absolutely love working with people in therapy! I see each person as a unique artistic expression out of their life history...each person makes complete sense when you get to know them. From this place, I feel honored to collaborate with, sit next to, and witness the journey towards greater health, happiness, and whole-ness that each person is on.
