My Approach to Helping
My training and experience have taught me to approach mental healthcare from a holistic point of view. This includes mind, body, and spirit. I use evidence-based research to guide my practice, leaning on teachings from a biomedical, cognitive, behavioral, psychodynamic, and social perspective.
I have experience working in integrated healthcare models and therefore enjoy working closely with therapists. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and therefore place a high value on multicultural understanding.
I provide services in both English and Arabic.
