My Approach to Helping
Every aspect of life involves relationship. The quality of any of your relationships affects your well-being and your ability to cope with life. How are your relationships going?

The heart of my psychotherapy practice is focused on identifying and exploring core, often unconscious beliefs that keep a person barely surviving and not thriving in their relationships.

More Info About My Practice
I use an interactive approach to provide clients a pathway through the often difficult and uncharted territory of relationship. My orientation is psychodynamic; acknowledging and exploring early life experiences that continue to effect current behaviors, beliefs, thoughts, and feelings.

I address both the acute symptoms that are causing current distress and the deep, chronic issues that reinforce and promote negative patterns. I provide tools to interrupt negative feedback loops and develop capacities to strengthen relationship with self and others.
