Hello, and welcome to my page. I recognize the courage you are showing by exploring options for support. I am interested in the journey that has taken you to this moment and I will provide a nonjudgmental and collaborative space to explore your story, your feelings, and your hopes for the future. I believe that we are all vulnerable to finding ourselves "stuck" in patterns that don't serve us well. I also believe in every person's ability to lead a fulfilling life and to maintain relationships that are meaningful, trusting, and rewarding.

I own a group practice where we specialize in 1) EFT Couples Therapy, and 2) mindfulness-based treatment for depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns. I am certified in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT).

We also offer 8-week courses in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). My co-teacher and I were trained to teach MSC by the developers of the course, Kristin Neff, Ph.D. and Christopher Germer Ph.D.

Please click the link to my website (to the left underneath my photo) to read in more detail about my approach to therapy.
