I take a whole-person wellness approach in my therapy practice. I have a background in nursing and worked within the medical system for many years, so knowledge of how the mind and body work together towards overall health informs my work. I can speak the language of the medical establishment, and understand how physical illnesses also affect emotional and relational functioning, so I strive to collaborate with clients and their healthcare team to help clients achieve their goals.
