My Approach to Helping
I help leaders, executives and high achievers process difficult childhoods, deal with depression and anxiety and improve work life balance. Just because you carry it well doesn't mean it isn't heavy! I also specialize in helping people move through life transitions such as graduating college or the birth of a child. My goal is to help people lessen the power of emotional discomfort and take authority over their minds by using real life strategies that can help the brain work for them instead of against them without minimizing the fact that some situations are indeed more difficult than others. I also teach practical tools for managing high levels of responsibility or stress. It is important to me to provide a supportive, authentic, and encouraging space where the individuals I work with can safely sit with their pain and face it in order to overcome its hold on their lives. It is my intention to help every person I work with to the best of my ability and to respect the trust they put in me as a mental health professional by offering thoughtful, evidence-based interventions and premium service.
