I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years experience working with youth, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families in a variety of settings. I am currently the Assistant Clinical Director at Engage, and in Private Practice in Westlake Village, California. My approach is strength based and dedicated to working with individuals to help improve their quality of life. I have a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California, with a focus in mental health. My Bachelor's Degree is from California State University, Northridge in Child Development with a minor in Psychology.

I work closely with clients to identify and nurture their unique strengths and capabilities, as well as learning how to improve their quality of life. My passion is working with individuals who are struggling in areas such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, and suicidal thoughts. I have also worked with parents who have experienced stress due to their own struggles in relation to their own, or their child's, mental health issues. I am very interested in working with women on life issues and life transitions. I feel privileged to be able to accompany and assist others on their own journey of self-exploration and self-improvement. I tailor each client's treatment to their individual needs. I utilize a combination of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, EMDR, and pscyhodynamic approaches. I work with individual, couples, and families in my practice.
