What's My Approach to Therapy?

Overwhelmed with life? Feeling sad or nervous all the time? Dealing with loss & grief? Frustrated by having the same relationship problem occur over & over? Want your power back? Sometimes life events can throw us into a tailspin, & other times it may seem like nothing at all has occurred but life isn't what it should be. Regardless of how you got there, therapy can be the place to figure it out, get unstuck, & move forward towards a better life. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents on the everyday issues that get in the way of feeling well...sometimes, small changes & insights make all the difference!

I have been licensed since 2001 & have extensive experience working with individuals and groups, focusing on anxiety, depression, and trauma & abuse. My style is warm, direct, and active, and treatment is focused and highly individualized, with the goal of improving daily functioning as quickly as possible.
