What's My Approach to Therapy?

Regardless of how you got there, therapy can be the place to figure it out, get unstuck, & move forward towards a better life. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents on the everyday issues that get in the way of feeling well...sometimes, small changes & insights make all the difference!

I have been licensed since 2001 & have extensive experience working with individuals and groups, focusing on anxiety, depression, and trauma & abuse. My style is warm, direct, and active, and treatment is focused and highly individualized, with the goal of improving daily functioning as quickly as possible.
