I began studying and training in my field to help educate, motivate, and transform people's lives, this has been important and a passion before my education began. Through continued studying after university and looking at research in the field of the brain and human behaviour it became clear that there were therapies that could help to change our stuck negative and sabotaging programming that dictated our beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I discovered that it was possible to delete old negative experiences and programming easily without having to wade through the past, unless we wanted to learn from the past and then without being further negatively affected by the memories. With skills, tools, and insights it is possible to reset back to a place where health and happiness was experienced or to a new place of health and happiness never experienced before. We don't have to accept the present state of being if it doesn't support health and happiness, as the brain and central nervous system is capable of being reset for optimal functioning.
