I am passionate about journeying alongside women as they make lasting life changes, find fulfillment in relationships, and move into life as a more fully integrated and whole person. As a therapist, my role is to be an engaged observer, listener, and guide. To walk alongside someone as they share about their pain, sorrow, or struggles, is truly a privilege and an honor. If you invite me into your process, I am deeply committed to providing a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, concerns, beliefs, etc. Through a collaborative process, we will identify your strengths, supports, giftings, any areas of healing, and desired changes. I will listen carefully and thoughtfully, and provide meaningful reflections to guide the process of healing and change. I also believe that creativity and experiential learning are key ingredients to a positive therapy experience. Whether it be through spoken word, art, or guided experience, I strive to keep each session dynamic and creative.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
The hardest part of going to therapy is taking the first step. Often times, we want the problems to go away on their own, but they usually don't. Therapy is an investment in you and your future life! It can be a time to grow as a person, to focus on your own needs, and feel healthier in your relationships. To make the most of your time in therapy, it's important to find a therapist with whom you feel comfortable. I recommend calling a few people and talking with them on the phone to determine who is good fit for you.
