You are unique! The story you tell me about your life, the way YOU see it, is where we will begin. Using cognitive therapy as a basis, blended with mindfulness and other client-centered approaches, I, as a mirror, will help you decide what it is you want to explore about your life... about yourself. From there I'll guide you in the process of gently and compassionately finding ways to effect the changes that help you find the joy, peace, and happiness you deserve.

I really like working with people who feel they have lost their POWER. Difficult life events can keep you from believing YOU CAN IMPROVE YOUR LIFE, your relationships, your family. Just make an appointment and together we'll WAKE UP YOUR TRUE SELF, to get you back on track.
