What's My Approach to Therapy?
I am an LPC with over 17 years of experience working with clients to help them manage anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief and burnout. Everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves and unconditional support when you’re facing challenges can help. I see therapy as collaborative and aim for us to work together to help you to set and achieve goals. We work at your pace towards change. Our sessions are a space to be able to talk through challenges without judgment and with a strong focus on coping tools and real solutions that work for your life.
