Lisa Gibson's mission is to provide personalized counseling services based on the client's needs. Lisa Gibson uses a combination of interventions including client or person centered, solution focused as well as cognitive behavioral techniques. Lisa's experience is with a wide range of clients including adults with chronic mental illness, vocational counseling, adults with adjustment issues, anxiety and depression, children with oppositional defiant disorder and ADHD, children with adjustment issues, adults and children suffering from issues of self esteem and self worth.

Lisa Gibson received a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from South University in Columbia. She received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of South Carolina in Sumter. Lisa is also a professional artist and finds painting to be her own form of therapy. Lisa is currently licensed in the State of South Carolina to provide professional counseling services and is also a National Certified Counselor.

Confidential appointments are available by the hour in her downtown Columbia office. If other arrangements need to be made to offer services elsewhere please let her know.
