My Approach to Therapy

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly struggling despite everything looking “fine” on the outside, you’re not alone. You may be used to holding it all together—managing responsibilities, meeting expectations, and pushing through—but internally, it can feel exhausting, anxious, or disconnected. In our work together, you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. I offer a space where you can slow down, be honest, and begin to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. I’ll meet you where you are, while also helping you gently challenge the patterns, thoughts, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. My approach is integrative and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT and REBT, while also focusing on emotional awareness, insight, and the mind-body connection. Together, we’ll work to identify what’s not working, build practical tools for managing anxiety and stress, and help you develop a clearer, more grounded way of moving through your life. You can expect me to be engaged, direct when it’s helpful, and genuinely invested in your growth. Therapy with me is collaborative—I’m not here to “fix” you, but to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges more effectively, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My Practice & Services

My practice has been established since 2017, and I work as a solo provider offering individualized, high-quality care. I specialize in telehealth services, which allows you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space while maintaining consistency and flexibility in your schedule. Sessions are conducted in a secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual setting, making therapy accessible for busy professionals, college students, and those navigating demanding or changing routines. My practice is designed to be straightforward and client-centered, with a focus on minimizing barriers to care and making the process as seamless as possible. I primarily offer individual therapy and tailor each session to your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, stress, life transitions, or personal growth, my aim is to provide a consistent, reliable space where meaningful work can happen over time.

My Role as a Therapist

I love being a therapist because it allows me to do work that feels both meaningful and deeply human. I?m continually inspired by the honesty, resilience, and insight my clients bring into the room?even when they don?t yet see those qualities in themselves. Being trusted with someone?s story is something I don?t take lightly. My own life experiences are what led me to this work, and they continue to shape how I show up as a therapist. I understand what it?s like to navigate change, loss, and rebuilding, and that perspective allows me to meet clients with genuine empathy and respect. What I value most is witnessing the moments when things begin to shift?when something clicks, when a client sees themselves differently, or when they feel a little more grounded and in control. I don?t believe therapy is about ?fixing? people, but about helping them better understand themselves and move through life with more clarity, intention, and self-trust.

Groups I Work With

I work with adults and college students, with a focus on high-functioning professionals who may appear successful externally but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck internally. Many of my clients are navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, or relationship challenges while managing demanding careers or academic pressures. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related concerns, as well as those processing grief, loss, or significant life changes such as divorce or relocation. My clients are often thoughtful, self-aware, and motivated for growth, but may feel uncertain about how to move forward or create meaningful change. I am particularly well-suited for clients who value a reflective, insight-oriented approach while also wanting practical tools to better manage their day-to-day emotional experiences.
