I focus on each individual, couple or family's level of discomfort and pain in order to help you to identify the source of the distress and work through it. Treatment includes improving communication skills, identification of feelings and empowerment to make the necessary changes in your life, while considering your specific biopsychosocial factors and eliminating any barriers to progress.

I take an eclectic approach, drawing upon principles of cognitive-behavioral, supportive, solution-focused, family, and mindfulness, as well as bibliotherapy and psychoeducation.

I collaborate with others at Empowerment Counseling & Psychotherapy Center, as well as providers outside our agency to maximize the quality of care you receive. I'm available in the early morning, as well as evenings, Monday through Friday. I accept Beacon, BlueCross and BlueShield, EAP Medicare, Neighborhood Health Plan, out of pocket payments, Tufts, United, and Out of Network
