When working with couples, I assist and facilitate the development of a strong connection between them, effective communication and improved cooperation that results in achieving more closeness and affection. Our work can help you understand which patterns of relating to one another damage your relationship, and which skills you can develop that will allow you to achieve a more successful, secure and solid bond. Understanding these challenges and building upon effective skills will help you create a close and loving relationship no matter what challenges you are faced with. Couples who work with me are looking to improve issues that they struggle with that have harmed their relationships such as anxiety, eating disorders, grief, infertility, depression, illness, infidelity, loneliness, low self-esteem, and isolation. I will work with you to show you and your loved ones how to repair relationship wounds and learn how to break free of stuck patterns. I am a Clinical member and Approved Supervisor of The American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. (AAMFT) My office hours are Monday through Friday, and I offer both day and evening appointments. Please contact me if you need help determining whether your insurance company will cover therapy.
