My Role as a Therapist
It is the single greatest honor in my life for others to trust me with their greatest hopes and desires through their deepest pain and struggles. I view my role as that of a temporary guide on your path.
Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
We all, myself included, have experiences when we feel the weight of life and our responsibilities. At times, that weight can feel unbearable and that no one can understand how we're feeling or what we're experiencing. Many of us have been taught that we should inherently know how to handle every situation and do so effectively. In my opinion, that simply isn't possible. My work is dedicated to helping you discover your truth and navigate through difficult times. Please know it is completely normal to feel apprehensive about seeking professional help. I see seeking support as courageous and wise because it says that you've listened to your inner knowing and understand it's time to find a new alternative. I believe in your ability to not only discover but to also thrive in your full potential.
The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
Each person is unique and different, as are the presented concerns. Therefore, I am unable to make any guarantees as to the duration of our time together. Our journey is complete when you decide you've achieved your goals or attained what you most needed from this experience.
