I am looking to work with clients invested and engaged in the change process. People willing to develop a curiosity about their experience and not afraid challenge their thoughts and beliefs. Working with me will include a deep commitment to the present moment and a desire to restore your body mind connection....The mind will replay what the body wont feel. My approach to therapy is mindful and holistic. You are the expert in your life. Through a safe and grounded counseling relationship, I will provide a mirror for you to see your life in new and healthy ways. Together, we will identify and heal past traumas, help you learn to establish healthy boundaries, improve relationships, and build your self esteem.
