Moreover, I provide substance abuse and anger management groups. In reference to substance abuse, I have developed two groups for parents of tweens and teens, whom have never used any substances, and the other group, for parents of adolescents, whom have substance abuse issues. The former group focuses on how to prevent substance use. The latter group's main purpose is to assist parents in relapse prevention, for their tweens and teens, whom have substance abuse issues.
Furthermore, I provide two groups (adolescent and adult) anger management. In these groups, participants learn skills to control their anger.

What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process
Some people, whom have never experienced therapy, can be fearful of what the therapy experience entails. The first priority for me, in addressing first-time therapy participants, is to assure them that therapy is non-judgmental and confidential (with few exceptions).
Additionally, this therapist will take the necessary time to build rapport, with the goal of earning trust from the new therapy participant. Moreover, I will address all concerns, fears, and questions. Furthermore, I will attempt to move at the pace that the client is most comfortable.
Reducing anxiety of the therapy experience, is an important priority for this therapist.
